Unable to download finished projects

Hello! I am unable to download finished projects. When i open the project and havent done anything to it, im able to download, however once i make any changes, it gives me the attached error. Please help me figure out whats going on - the previous version of adobe express worked just fine but this new one does not. Very disappointing.
