Unable to download my video - error

I've tried downloading my video many times over the last hour and I keep getting this unhelpful error.

 

I was previously able to download the video today. I'm on a Mac + Chrome, good WiFi. I've tried reloading the page and logging out and back in.

    Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if this is happening with all videos or just this one? Did you use videos from your device or from Adobe Stock? Please try the steps mentioned below and let us know if that helps.

     

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
    • Try exporting the project in a different format.
    • check from the mobile app and see if its working or not.
