Created new video but unable to download from App not from browser tried in ignition mode also cleared all cookies. Feels other apps are better than adobe express

    Welcome to the Adobe Express community! Sorry to hear about the issue you’re running into. Could you please let us know if you’re getting any error messages? Did you use any videos from your local drive or Adobe Stock? Is this happening with this video or with all videos? 

     

    Please try duplicating the file and let us know if that helps. It would be great if you could share the screen recording of the issue.
