Unable to download PDF due to senseicore routing

We are unable to download Express files as PDF because our company blocks access to https://senseicore-ue1.adobe.io/services/v2 which it considers to be AI.

This is a recent bug. Did something change? 

Download failed. A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check you internet connection and try again.

    Hey ​@Doug Paul Hida, thanks for reaching out! 


    Can you confirm if there were any recent changes done to the ISP or office network? Is there any active firewall or a VPN that your device is connected to? If so, you may want to try disabling it and checking again. 

     

    Also, here’s the list of domains that need to be in allowlist for Adobe apps and services to operate properly, you can ask you IT adminstrator to add them in the allowlist if not already done - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
