Unable to download PDF - May 2026

Could you share a few details to help us investigate:

• What browser are you using?
• Is this happening with all projects or just a specific file?

• Sorry to hear you're unable to download your work as a PDF — that's really frustrating!

• If you can share a screen recording of what happens when you try to download, including any error messages, that would be super helpful!

• You can also share the project link with edit access via DM so I can see if our team can reproduce the error - open the project, click Share > Who has access > Anyone > Can edit, copy the link and send it to me via private message. Please make a duplicate of your file first!
