Unable to download video/ Autosave not working

I've been trying to edit a project by splitting and rearranging the voiceover audio, but all of a sudden it stopped working and is not letting me make any audio edits at all. Then I try to download the video project, but I get the pop-up that says it's still autosaving (it has been for the past day, so I know something is wrong). I edited at first on the browser version, then cleared the cache and cookies, restarted it, and made a copy of the project, but the same pop-ups still show, I still can't edit properly, and I'm unable to download the video project.

  • OS: macOS

Hi wondering when this issue will be resolved? I need to download the video I made for a work project. It seems that my adobe express account won't let me in at all.

It happens with each new project I try to edit and download, and no, I don't use any extensions while editing on Adobe Express (web or app version).
