Unable to download Video project from Adobe Express Desktop Version.

Hi, having a similar issue here. I already tried:

- clearing cache and cookies
- waiting for 10 hours
- copying the file
- tried another browser

It really seems to be a bg, Adobe please can  you have a look? Thanks a lot! @David__B  @mahmoud_5524

by the way, this issue is not for a pdf download, but a video download
