Unable to edit document

Hi, I click the edit button to edit my document but it comes up with that message that i've attached. this is a very important document for work that i need to complete and i am unable to access it.

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know which document you are trying to edit. Is it a project or a webpage? Is it happening with all documents or just with this one?
