Unable to edit files or add anything to new files

I am unable to edit any files or add any elements to newly created files since the platform change happened. Only some elements of past files show up when I open those.

    Hi there,

    This is due to features used in the creation of the original file that are not yet supported or that have changed in the new Adobe Express such as curved text, image effects, animation, or videos.  These features will not appear in your converted file and may require additional editing to meet your needs.
