Unable to edit text in templates

Once you choose a template and wish to customise it, you can only delect exsisting text and not edit, meaning you have re do every text box, plus you can not edit in terms of one or 2 lines

I am currently experiencing this issue - also visible in the “Generate Presentation” tool. The inconsistency is challenging as I teach staff and faculty for the campus. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. Now all textboxes I don’t manually create have the same little non-editable symbol...
