Unable to Find/Create Templates

I've tried three times to create a template from a project and I'm not finding the template anywhere in my account to use.

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you get the pop-up when you convert your project to the template, which will ask you to give the name of your template and where you would like to save it?

 

We're here to help, just need some info.
