Unable to import photo into Adobe express using iPad

When trying to import a photo into a project the app resets, but it does not import the photo. I have tried PNG and JPEG

This is happening to me as well. I am using a IPad 10 and the latest IOS and expres versions. I saw that lots of other people were having this issue too!

Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to inform you that if you are running the iOS 18.4 beta, please uninstall it to work around it. There is a bug with the latest iOS beta that interacts with our latest release. Apple has logged the bug.

 

As an alternative to uninstalling the beta (as recommended above), you might also want to try a newer version of the beta, specifically the iOS 18.4 "Beta 4" update.

This shouldn't be happening. Please provide us with the iPad's make and model details and share the installed OS version. Please share a screen recording of the issue with the workflow you're following. This helps us investigate and understand better. Have you tried re-installing the Adobe Express application from the Apple Store? Does the app reset every time you import any image, or is it just with some specific photos? If so, can you share those images with us to test them on our end?
