Unable to load Adobe Express on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Hi,

 

Since the new update has been launched I haven't been able to access adobe express on chrome as well as edge, also on firefox. It's been the problem for quite sometime and I hold a premium account yet can't access it. Any help would be appreciated.

We understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to access Adobe Express on your computer, especially when you have a subscription for it. Would you mind trying to change the DNS settings for your computer by following the steps shared in this third-party help article (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using#windows) and checking if it helps?

 

If not, kindly share more details, like the device make/model, OS/Browser version, and a screenshot of the error message, so we can better assist you.
