Unable to open account menu, the menu just flashed by when pressing the account button, same in IE and chrome

Can you please share a screen recording of the workflow for us to investigate this?

Also, please try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or try working in incognito/private browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.
