Unable to Open files in Adobe Express

None of my Adobe Express files will open so I can edit them. Just a continuous 'getting everything ready' screen.

I have tried multiple Desktop web browsers and the mobile app. I have tried restarting, clearing cache, logging in and out.

I used Adobe Express perfectly fine about 10 hours ago, but now it wont open anything.

If you have installed any ad-blockers or other extensions on your browser, could you please try disabling them and see if that helps?

We're having the same issue. It will work for maybe 30 mins then stop again. Can't load old files.

i have the same issue! i managed to open a file but couldnt edit the text and closed it to restart the page, now nothing opens at all.

Please try again in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes a difference and confirm here.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know how you are trying to access your projects from the desktop? Is it through the Recent Files or through the "Your Stuff" option? Have you tried switching the internet connection to see if that makes any difference? 

 

Additionally, please ensure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are permitted.

I have tried both “Your Stuff” and Recent files. None will open.

I have also tried multiple Internet connections both at home and work office.

Endpoints are all listed.
