Unable to Place Images from Library into new Adobe Express

Hello,

 

I have images in my library that I used to create graphics in the former version of Adobe Express. Now when I try to use them in the new version I either get a "We were unable to add your element. Please try again." message or low quality imaged is added (e.g. vector graphics have jagged edges). 

 

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check that helps. Also, try signing out and signing in again and let us know if that helps.
