Unable to publish webpage

I was trying to publish a webpage and a small white bar would pop up (in screenshot) and nothing else would happen. I have tried going into incognito mode, switching browsers, and restarting but nothing has worked.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know when it has been happening. Did you recently install any extensions on the browser you're working on? Have you tried signing out and signing back in to check if that helps? Also, is it happening with all webpages or with some specific once?
