Unable to remove background - error says video needs to be less that 2 minutes. Everything i've tried it on is less than that.
My videos are less than 2 minutes for example 1:36 and the other 0:15 and they wont let me remove the background. The error says it is unsupported and the video needs to be less that 2 minutes which mine are. I’ve tried this in the App and on various web browsers and the error is still there. I am a paying customer and this is stopping me working. I may have to find an alternative and cancel my subscription.
