Issue summary: Unable to scroll left & right

Product & version: Adobe Express Website

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import images / words / shapes

2. unable to scroll left and right in any zoom in & out

3. Dragging any words to move left and right

Expected result: easy scrolling left & right like before, scroll bar under the page

Actual result: Only scrolling up & down

    Hi ​@Gary_Lien3484! Thanks for sharing the details.

    Could you also let us know which browser version you’re using? It would also be helpful to know whether this happens across all projects or only specific ones. If possible, please try opening the same project in another browser or an Incognito/Private window and let us know if the horizontal scrolling works there.

    A short screen recording showing the missing scrollbar and the scrolling behavior would also help us investigate this further.
