Unable to scroll through CC Libraries

When I go to use assets from my CC libraries, the items load just fine, but Express will not allow me to scroll down to get to the ones I need. I tried searching the name of the asset needed, but to no avail. It claims that the asset doesn't exist, but when I check on the CC desktop app, it's 100% there. Please help! It's incredibly frustrating and disrupting my workflow quite a bit!!

 

I'm using Chrome to access the desktop app site on a Mac.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with accessing your assets from your CC libraries in Adobe Express. If you’re using Adobe Express in a web browser, clearing the cache and cookies or switching to a different browser can sometimes resolve unexpected display issues. Try signing out and signing back in again from Adobe Express to reset the connection.

 

If that doesn't help, can you share the screen recording of the issue with us to check further?
