Unable to select remove video background

I uploaded a short 10 sec video and wanted to remove the video background. Even after 20+ minutes, I was unable to click the "Remove Background Button" - see image attached. This occurs on Google Chrome. On Firefox, the video is never playable so I assume it never processes.

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the file format of the video you're using. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

If you've installed any pop- up blocker, try disabling it and see how it goes.
