Unable to share my invitations

I've just spent about 40 minutes creating two versions of a simple holiday openhouse invitation, and another 40 minutes trying to figure out how to download or print the file so that I can distribute it to my neighbors and friends. I can't find a way to do it..."share a link with everyone" seems to require people to have an Adobe Express account and downloading the file and emailing it to myself is creating some strange Outlook file that appears to just be the Adobe logo. I'm disappointed and frustrated that I've wasted my time and will now go back to doing it in Word the way I usually do. Please let me know if this an operator error.
