Unable to upload custom fonts

I use Adobe Express via my Creative Cloud subscription. In the Brand Library, I see the option to add a custom font but whenever I click on it, it only opens the font list. When trying to drag and drop the fonts in, it only redownloads the font instead of uploading it. How can I add the fonts?

Do you see this window when you have clicked the Upload Fonts option?

Once you have dropped a font file into the window you have to click the check mark to confirm agreement to the rights and then click add. Is this where you have the problem? Could you please share a screenshot too?
