Hi. I am unable to upload my video files. I googled and it seems like its a common issue? Help me out.

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps. Is it happening with all the video files or with some specific ones? Since when have you been seeing this issue?
