Unable to use Adobe express

Hello,

For the past two days, I have been unable to use my Adobe Express account. I receive the following message when I try to open an existing project or create a new one.

 

"An error has occured. Sorry, but we encountered an expected error. try to refresh the page or go back to homepage. UUID ...."

 

 

Could you please help me?

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using another browser or try clearing cache and cookies to check if that helps? Also, if you have recently installed any plugins/extension on your browser then try disablling them and check if that works. Regards, Tarun
