Unable to use stock photos all of a sudden

Hello everyone maybe you can help me out I have Adobe Express I've had it for a few months and all of a sudden I can't use any of the stock photos and I can't empty my collection of photos I've used. I keep getting an error message saying I didn't pay for the licenses. I was under the assumption that because I pay a monthly fee I'm allowed to use the premium Photos. I don't know how to troubleshoot this
