Is any one having the same issues? 

It says to refresh and then it gives me the same message.... 

PLEASE HELP!

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please try these steps

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4nTZZf9
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/3XnRWMB
  • Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and test from there
