Hello, I too, am having the error messages today when trying to edit my doc in either Chrome or Safari. Have done all the usual things, like empty Cahce, logged back in and restarted.

Hi there,

 

I also heard there was some kind of outage earlier today which could have caused this issue but that should be resolved now.

I´m also experiencing this problem, the messages is in norwegian but it says "Something went wrong, try refreshing the page or return back to home".

this error happens because you were banned (shadow ban) they created a silent ban, based on hwid

It occurs in website, i've tried disabling almost everithing and it didnt work, i've also tried signing out

Thanks for your response. To speed up the process, please share the screenshot of the error message you're getting. Have you also tried using incognito mode? Are you able to work on other browsers apart from Edge and Opera Browser?

We're sorry to hear about this. Does this error occur while launching the application or using any Adobe Express features? Have you tried signing out and signing back into the account to check if that helps? Try rebooting your system; please check if firewalls are blocking the site by temporarily disabling it and check again.
