unsupported browser

Tras actualizar a la última versión de Google Chrome para Mac - Versión 140.0.7339.208 (Build oficial) (x86_64) - al intentar entrar a adobe express me redirige a https://express.adobe.com/unsupported-browser?from%2F= con el siguiente mensaje de error:

 

también sale el mismo error si intento usar la herramienta de generación de QRs:

https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/generate-qr-code

Tras otra actualización de Google Chrome (Versión 140.0.7339.215 (Build oficial) (x86_64)) todo vuelve a funcionar con normalidad. Parece ser que lo que fallaba era el navegador.

Hola Amitej,

 

he probado con Safari y la herramienta de QR funciona correctamente https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/generate-qr-code

 

en Chrome sigue sin funcionar, y no hay ningún cambio por mi parte (firewall, vpn...) que haya diferente desde la anterior actualización de versión de chrome donde sí funcionaba, de hecho, la generación de QRs la utilizo con frecuencia y me resulta muy útil y cómoda, gracias.

Thanks for the update, @Alicia Vega Sutil. I'll pass this on to our team, and until then, I'd suggest you work on any other recommended browser that works fine for you. 
Also, if possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow using Adobe Express on the updated Chrome browser, it'll help us investigate this quicker.

Hi @Alicia Vega Sutil, Welcome to the Adobe Express community! Thanks for sharing this and the related details.

Can you please confirm if you're facing the same issue with Adobe Express if you work on any other recommended browsers, such as Safari, Firefox, or Edge? Please ensure you're working on an official build version and not on any beta version of the browser. Also, let us know if there are any recent changes to tools/extensions added to the browser, having an active firewall or VPN may also raise such issues. 

 

I'm using the same browser version for Google Chrome on a Windows device, and the Adobe Express app and all its features, including the quick action tools, seem to work fine for me.
