Update-lost access to projects/files

When I try to open some of my files/projects that I've been working on they now send an OOPS! alert stating, "conversion for this file can not complete, but you can download." please assist as I need these projects updated/edited for my business and to recreate them would be too difficult and take weeks to achieve. Thank you! heather

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you share a screenshot of this error, and DM me your adobe id (email that you log in with)?
