Upload Audio Error

I am having an issue uploading an audio clip which is coming from my pc (windows) into Adobe Express (being used via webtop within Chrome), the file size is 8,162 KB, and the file extension is mp4. The error is not stating any specifics as to why it cannot upload (see screenshot below).

Hey @Brett3572710122qo, Can you please share more details on the issue you're facing with Adobe Express? Sharing a screen recording of the workflow with device make and model details will help us investigate better.

Converted it to an mp3, and trimmed it down in size massively and that worked.

Having some information available when you try to upload something (ie file type, file size, etc) would be incredibly helpful for those attempting to use the service.

This is still happening. Is there anyone who can advise? I would like to understand if this is an on-going issue, or if there is a work-around that I am unaware of.
