Upload error

I keep trying to download an image for several days now. At first the image was downloading green but would be normal in the app. Then the color returned but now when I try downloading the image, I get an error message telling me that I have an image in progress of uploading and to wait until it is done. It's been about 2 days and it's still doing it. Please help
