I'm unable to upload fonts to my brand. I can click on the option for it, but nothing happens.

Sorry to hear about that.

 

It depends on your account subscription. If you have a Premium subscription, you can upload your custom fonts. But if you have a free account, the uploading is unavailable. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot.
