Uploaded fonts not working when using Firefox

I've been having trouble using our brand fonts in Adobe Express. When our graphic designers have shared files with me that include our brand fonts, the font often won't populate for me when I use the Firefox browser. I've checked to make sure that the font is installed on my machine and/or activated on my machine (it was).

 

When I switched to use the Google Chrome browser, the fonts appeared and were able to be used just fine. It really does seem to be a browser issue.

 

I'm on a MacOS with Sequoia 15.2

So, I haven't had any specific challenges uploading font, rather I can't use a custom font that someone else has uploaded, added to a library, and used on a design. I haven't tried this in Microsoft Edge or Safari, and the fonts appear and can be used just fine in Google Chrome, but I'm still experienceing the same issue in Firefox.

@Amanda Hyer Thanks for the details. I've shared this information with our product team for investigation. We'll let you know when there's an update. 

 

Until then, please confirm whether you've uploaded the same custom font from your device. What are your observations on Edge and Safari browsers? Also, does it make any difference if you try resetting the Firefox browser to its default settings with no active plugins or extensions and cache/cookies cleared? 

 

Also, please share the custom font you're trying to work with, if possible. It will help in better investigation.

Hey @Amanda Hyer, Are you still unable to upload custom fonts to Adobe Express? Can you please let us know or share the font you're trying to upload. Is it just Firefox browser that you're facing this issue on, or it comes up in Safari, Edge as well?
