Uploaded fonts preview unavailable

I've uploaded fonts to my brand and now they show up with 'Preview unavailable' next to them. Is there a way to remove them from the list?

Please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please check this link for more info on how to clear cache and cookies from the browser: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050.

 


 


Also, share a screenshot or a screen recording of the difference you see in Microsft Edge and Google Chrome to investigate further.

Sorry, not resolved. Fonts show up using new.express.adobe.com in Microsoft Edge but still missing in Chrome?

I was able to restore the preview by logging into assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and permanently deleting similar files from the trash. Now how do I mark this resolved?
