Uploading Fonts to brands

With the new update, I am unable to upload new fonts to the brand

Could you also check if the account-specific restictions mentioned on https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/can-t-upload-my-fonts/m-p/14091565#M11684 apply to you?

I tried using the chat bot service and it wasn't able to solve my problem. It took me to this webpage - https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/express/using/custom-fonts.html#sa_src=web-messaging - and the steps it describes are not appearing on my version of Adobe Express.

 

The chat bot said that the Chat Agents were closed and did not understand when I asked it when they would be open. It is 11:15am GMT+12 where I am. Is there an email service so I can solve this?
