URGENT: Elements is BLANK

When I click elements in the left hand navigation on desktop it is blank. Everything is missing. I am at a standstill in my design work without these items. None of the topics are relevant to this issue.

First and foremost please try these usual steps, I know it's a big pain, but the usual remedy is:

Deleting the specific cookies for Adobe Express - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
Clearing the entire browser cache (which will mean signing in again to all websites) - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

That usually works for me, a complete refresh, but if it doesn't:

Testing another recommended browser e.g Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Testing with an incognito window.

Doing all the boring testing stuff helps when it comes to reporting the problem here. If the problem still persists please come back with information about your operating system and the browser you are using, or have tested, and someone can investigate further.
