Urgent: Unable to Download/Share Specific Document - 필링크 회사소개서_한글

Dear Adobe Express Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue I am experiencing with Adobe Express.

I am currently unable to download and share a specific document/project titled "필링크 회사소개서_한글". When attempting to download or share this particular file, the process fails, preventing me from accessing or distributing my work.

This is causing significant disruption to my workflow.

Could you please investigate this issue promptly and provide a solution as soon as possible? Your swift assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! Are you getting error messages? If so, can you share a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue? 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
