Using Adobe Express Mobile App on Android: "Personalizing your experience" issue

Hello,

 

I just wanted to acknowledge that I love this app.

 

However, on my Android device, I've noticed that it takes way too long for the app to load when launched and to load all personal assets.

 

Also, if I am working on a project, and let's say for instance, that I  switch to another app, or even minimize the Adobe app and bring it back up, it launches the whole app again, and personalize the whole experience again.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

We're sorry to hear about the slow loading and app restarting issues on your Android device. Can you please share the device make and model details once? In the meantime, you can update the app, restart the device, and check if the device storage is low. It'll help our team investigate further.

Quick update: The issue doesn’t seem to be present anymore. Since I last posted this comment newer versions of the app work fast now and it doesn’t hang with the personalized experience.
