Oy! 45 minutes of working on something and this comes up. I have tried refreshing, restarting several times, to no avail. I am assuming I will need to begin again. I was working on an instagram carousel, building off of a previous design. When I was almost finished I recieved the error message UUID: 38b3d61d-d18e-4bfb-9c02-4145b52eda17 and my graphics would not come up. I was simply working with images and text, with some shapes and shadows but no animation. I have tried refreshing, closing out of the program and even a computer shutdown. My cover shot does continue to appear in my recent stuff, but when I click on it to open it gives me the error message again.

Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.


From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete

Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.

Please let us know if this helps. It also helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.
