Video cannot be edited

The video that I was in the middle of making got me into an unusual page but then I found the video and when I was trying to edit it says that it cannot be supported so I have to download it. But when I clicked download it says ''the file will download in the background when ready'' but it's not downloading or doing anything. Please help.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you still encountering this issue? Could please try downloading again, also it might be worth testing if you get the same result using a few different browsers, Chrome, Edge, Safari.

Having the same problem- please let me know how to fix so editing can continue
