My videos are NOT downloading. It says it's downloading BUT I can't find the download any where on my computer. I checked ALL my folders

    We're sorry for the delay. Please let us know if you have tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Did you try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps? Are you on VPN?

     

    If that doesn't work, could you please share the URLs of the projects and the Adobe ID you're using to sign in?
