VIdeo download error after loading 20s.

Could someone help me sort out a problem with downloading video. Adobe Express has social media video templates. I added my text and try to download it, but it gives an error message after 20s.

I have tried all download format options as well as logged out and also duplicating but nothing seems to work.

I am dragging behing, wanted to start using them but I seem not to be able to download them..
