Video download not possible

I get an error message when trying to download my video or any other video. I already cleared my cache but the problem still occures.

I couldn't download long videos (1 hour) in Adobe Express, but I found the solution and it's better to use Adobe Premier Rush to edit the videos, it's better because it has a desktop application (the Adobe Express one uses the browser and support told me that it has problems at the moment). The good news is that Adobe Premier Rush is included in the Adobe Express subscription as you can see at: https://www.adobe.com/la/creativecloud/video/compare-plans.html?promoid=H822XQ7V&mv=other

Ours is doing the same thing, shows it's downloading, and does NOT give an error or failure window that we can screenshot. What can we do?

Please let us know if you've used your video from the device or used the one from Adobe stock videos. What error message you're getting? Can you share the screenshot of the error?

We used our own videos that we’ve uploaded to Adobe Express.
