video download stuck at 84%.. tried iphone, mac , chrome .. even icongnito but no success

A few things to check:

• Try exporting while connected to a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot) to rule out network restrictions.

• If you're using a work or school-managed device/network, have your IT team verify that the required Adobe network endpoints are accessible: https://adobe.ly/4dD2f8d

• If you've recently added any new videos, audio files, or large assets, try duplicating the project and removing the most recently added assets to see if the export completes.

To help us investigate further, could you tell me the following?

• Your device and OS version

• Browser name and version (if using Express on the web)

• Whether this happens with all projects or only this specific project

• The approximate duration of the video and export resolution

This is stil happening and the download is stuck at 84% .. very frustrating. and if you see there are similar issues reported by other users and if you are not fixing it.. how are you goign to compete with canas or inshot.. you are going down the hole if you are not fixing it.

This happened with me as well very frustrating.. how is adobe every going to compete with Cavas and others you are going down the hole
