Our .MTS video files are not uploading to the program.

Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry for not getting back sooner.

 

Did you see an error message while you tried to upload the file? You may need to convert the video to MP4 format.

The MTS is supported, as you can see here: https://adobe.ly/3SoruzL. However, some video codecs are not supported at this moment. We are constantly striving to support the maximum formats and codecs possible. 

 

Can you share your file with us? It will help us to understand your situation.
