Video File Won't Download

After completing my project it tells me there is an error when trying to download.

We're sorry to hear about this. Is it happening with one file or with all video files? Are you getting any error messages? Have you recently installed any plugins or extensions on the browser you're using?

 

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
