video files in Adobe Express

I am finding that if I use a video clip in an Adobe Express Scene, it takes a long time (from 10 minutes to 1 hr for a 7 second clip) to be ready to download or share. Is there anything I can do to speed this process up? I get the "We're working on your file" message. Typically, I give up and delete the video and either use Rush or a static photo, which isn't ideal.

This is currently happening to me. Im a new user and editing photos is a learning cerve for me. so im currently on adobe editing my video, and here we are. its been about 20 minutes now roughly. i forgot

Thanks for your patience. Is this the only project which is giving you this error, or is it happening with all video projects? Please try a few other things to test which might help:

 

  1. Try downloading from a few different browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge etc.
  2. Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome https://adobe.ly/3K0w57r

 

If that doesn't help, please share the project URL with us to investigate the issue further.
