Video Glitches

For a couple weeks now, every time I export a video I created, there are a couple glitches in the video where it looks like the person talking freezes for a split second. I've tried to re-upload files and edit things down over and over again, but it just keep glitching. This is every single video now for a couple weeks and it's extremely annoying.
