Video goes grey after being downloaded

I edited the video using the remove background feature that ended up being arund 11 minutes. After downloading it, the screen goes grey after around minute 7. I was able to divide the video into two parts and download it that way and then works without a problem but still don't understand what the issue is.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Was the file created on a computer or mobile device? Would it be possible to create a duplicate instance of the file with the issue and share it with us?
